About

Hey, I’m Blair, a principal product marketer at Glean. I’m a proud resident of the Excelsior District in San Francisco, along with my spouse, Rachael, and our tuxedo cat, Scoby. In my spare time, I’m an avid home cook, player of games, and recreational powerlifter.

Prior to starting at Glean, I was a principal analyst at ISG, where I worked on research covering enterprise technology transformation, the Microsoft ecosystem, and the Kubernetes ecosystem. Before that, I worked as a journalist for 10 years, with my byline appearing at numerous outlets, including VentureBeat, Computerworld, InfoWorld, CIO, CSO, Macworld, PCWorld, GeekWire, TechHive, and the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin.

I’m a graduate of Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA, where I studied English, with a focus on creative writing. My creative thesis touched on themes of transhumanism, human augmentation and disability through short fiction. It has become shockingly more relevant over the last few years.
